As an experienced consultant and facilitator, I specialise in supporting Black people and people of colour (BIPoC) within organisational change processes. My work is designed to address the unique challenges BIPoC face in anti-racism and diversity-oriented initiatives, ensuring they are empowered, supported, and equipped to lead and thrive, while also inviting reflections on how they have been socialised into whiteness and may participate in upholding those structures.
What I Offer

- Facilitating reflective spaces to navigate the complexities of anti-racism within organisations.
- Designing workshops that explore emotional labour, relational power dynamics, and accountability practices.

Team Facilitation: The Value of a Two-Person Approach
For more complex organisational processes, I work in a team of two facilitators. This provides a richer, more dynamic approach to anti-racism and anti-oppression work.
Why a Team of Two?
- Separate and Shared Spaces: Working in tandem allows us to facilitate separate spaces tailored to different needs, whether for processing specific emotions or addressing positional power dynamics. We then bring these groups back together to foster shared understanding and collective accountability.
- Multiple Perspectives: Having two facilitators ensures a diversity of insights and approaches, enabling more nuanced navigation of relational and systemic challenges.
- Holding Space Efficiently: With two facilitators, we can ensure that all participants feel seen and supported, especially during emotionally or logistically complex sessions.
Together, we create an environment where participants can engage in deep reflection, honest dialogue, and sustainable growth, while also ensuring that the process is well-supported from all angles.

- Addressing resistance and conflict to maintain momentum and focus.
- Building a strategic roadmap for organisational transformation.
- Workshops on Organisational Culture:
- Helping organisations take stock of their current culture, with a focus on identifying and addressing White Supremacy Culture behaviours.
- Developing actionable steps to align culture with anti-racism values.
- Strategic Consulting for Long-Term Change:
- Designing intersectional development strategies that balance structural and relational goals.
- Establishing decentralised accountability systems to sustain progress.
- Support for Internal Process Facilitators:
- Providing supervision and reflection spaces for internal changemakers.
- Preventing burnout by balancing workload and managing expectations.
The Value We Bring
With over a decade of experience, either individually or as a collaborative team, we combine relational intelligence, somatic approaches, and power-critical thinking to guide organisations toward meaningful and sustainable change. Our work de-centers whiteness with an invitation to step into a new vision that is guided by safety, dignity and belonging (Generative Somatics), while also fostering accountability and shared responsibility across the organisation.
By working together—whether one-on-one, in team facilitation, or through organisational development—our goal is to create environments where trust, equity, and connection thrive.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honoured to support you in this transformative journey.
